baby loves dior party collection

Baby showers are so much fun.  Designing them with a different theme makes them even more special.  This Baby Loves Dior party printable collection was created for the Fashionista Momma-to-be in mind.

You may not have the resources to incorporate heavy price tag Dior merchandise into your Baby Dior Inspired Baby Shower, but you can easily throw a classy themed party for a friend and have fun!

Fashion Designer Christian Dior's "The Little Dictionary of Fashion" inspired the theme.

Belicia's Cupcake Co. created the Baby Dior inspired fondant toppings for both the cookies and cupcakes.

Display this Baby Due Date Calendar at a baby shower.  Have friends and family place their name on the calendar spot for when they think the baby will arrive. Offer your guests a prize for the one who guesses correctly.

A spin on the typical wishes for baby game.  Leave the Momma-to-be with some keepsake wishes for baby.

sip 'n swap party collection

It's time to embrace some Closet Therapy.  Swap parties are becoming very popular among budget-savvy fashionistas everywhere.  With sites like The Swapaholics and Swapstyle  it's hard not to miss this new form of "shopping".  Instead of trying to sell designer clothes, why not try swapping them?

I created printables to accent this Sip n' Swap decor with um...sipping as an incentive!

Swap Parties don't have to be a flea market. I opted for a bit of panache.  You too, can spin this into a Boutique-like feel as well.

You can never go wrong with wine, cheese and crackers. Simple and not fussy.

These hanging door tags will add organization to your clothing racks. Fun and cute.
This set comes with one blank door tag to customize your way.

Incorporate some simple guidelines as your guests arrive by utilizing these Swap tickets.
"Cheap", "Mid-price", "Expensive".  This system is designed for fairness to everyone.

This swap wouldn't be complete without wine.  Use wine labels to fancy up your bubbly.

"Is this my drink?" The girls can write their name on their own drink marker.  This way noone forgets which glass belongs to whom.

Send the girls home with their own shopping bags. Add this hanging favor tag that reads "Thanks for Swapping"

This collection is available in my Etsy shop and features the following printable items to make your Swap Party super swank!

sip 'n swap party collection: invitation

You've heard the saying:  "One woman's trash is another woman's treasure".

When it comes to lucking up on a new wardrobe by shopping other people's closets, with a glass of wine in hand, I am all for doing that sort of digging.

camp glam party collection: glamping

What girl doesnt like to be pampered? Glamping {Glamour + Camping} parties are the trendy camping choice for us girlie girls! I've been wanting to do my own spin on a Glamping party for awhile.

One thing I  tried to avoid with this design was: Pink. I think I've become "pinked out".  {I blame my seven year old daughter}. I chose shades of blue and purple instead, and added a little sparkle here and there.

Instead of using a camping lantern I chose a candle lantern instead. I think it added a different touch.

For these cookie envelopes, I used clear treat bags I had on hand, cut them in a circle a bit larger than the hole, and used them to cover the cookie by taping them on the inside.

One thing I did not want to do was create the typical smores. Instead, I opted for a marshmallow cake and some chocolate candy bars along with pop tarts.  The marshmallow cake was so easy to make.  Bake a four layer cake as you normally would.  Apply lots of icing and then press on the marshmallows. We used toothpicks to adhere them to the sides of the cake. Done.

No, this is not Charlie Brown's Christmas tree :-D

For the tent I used hanging closet shelf racks.  We had extra ones around the house, so I improvised and taped them together with duct tape to connect at the top.  The technology doesn't get any better than that folks.  *My racks measured 3 ft high and 1 ft wide.

The purple fabric was purchased at Hobby Lobby. My fabric was 83" length but you may want to get more or less fabric depending on your choice of materials you use for the tent set up.
